| With the great enrichment of human society and the advancement of science and technology,products and services have shown a diversified development trend.People’s attention on products and services has fallen on the word "quality".Quality not only represents the various technologies and functions of products and services,but also includes the process experience of customers using products and receiving services,which greatly broadens the connotation and extension of quality.The company realizes the quality indicators of products and services through the management and control of process quality.At the same time,quality management is a tool for companies to implement the quality policy and achieve quality goals.It can effectively distribute enterprise resources,organize and coordinate quality activities,and optimize the capital appreciation processes to reduce business operating costs and increase customer satisfaction and trust.As an integral part of China’s fine chemical industry,XF chemical company has huge social value and development potential.However,like many traditional chemical companies in China,XF enterprise still exists many problems,such as low-end product structure,unstable quality,and obsolete quality management concepts and methods.They need to adopt a systematic method of quality management to establish policies and strategies for XF enterprise.Matching quality management system enhances the competitiveness of domestic market expansion and foreign market development.At the same time,XF company also need to transform their R & D results into mass production benefits and increase their own value through an effective way of quality management.First,this article explains the basic concepts,theories,and development history of quality management,and through the introduction of the evolution of the quality management system ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards,and interpretation of the new version of the changes,grasp the focus of the quality management system and optimization direction.Second,using the analysis model of quality management System maturity,analyzes the status of XF enterprise quality management,evaluates the maturity level of XF enterprise quality management system,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages.After that,according to the industry characteristics of XF enterprises and customer needs,and combines the analysis results formulates the future development strategy of XF enterprise quality management,select future quality management standards.Then,according to the selected standards and optimization paths,optimize and improve the three levels of quality management problems that exist in XF enterprise,crack the dilemma of XF enterprise,and improve the entire quality management system.Finally,establish implementation and guarantee measures for the feasible optimization plan formulated,build a monitoring and feedback mechanism for the optimization plan,and ensure that the optimization plan is implemented within the XF enterprise.This article takes XF company as the research object,and uses literature review and case analysis methods to improve the pain points in the XF enterprise quality management system through three steps: "selection of quality management standards-optimization of quality management solutions-evaluation and construction of safeguard measures".The conclusions of this study can maintain the advanced nature of XF company in the industry,obtain the ability to continuously meet the needs of the organization and customers,improve the efficiency of the quality management system,and enhance the competitiveness of the company;on the other hand,it can enrich the quality management case library of companies,provide optimization ideas and crack paths for similar problems,and further promote the innovation of management thinking and methods in the industry. |
