After "craftsman spirit" was officially proposed in the government report for the first time in 2016,the country comprehensively promoted the implementation of manufacturing power strategy and further vigorously developed vocational education,with a view to cultivating a large number of high-level technical and skilled talents with "craftsman spirit" and creating "made in China 2025".At present,China’s creativity is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,and vocational education,especially secondary vocational and technical education reform,has entered a stage of leap-forward development from traditional human demands to talent cultivation.At the two sessions in 2019,premier Li Keqiang proposed: "let more young people realize the value of life by virtue of one skill,and let 360 lines of talents gather together and the stars shine brightly." It also shows that the state attaches great importance to high-quality craftsmen with technical skills.The development trend of the new normal of China’s economy also determines the growing demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents,and the attention of all sectors of society on "craftsman spirit" continues to rise.At the stage of secondary vocational education,how to better inherit the spirit of craftsman and cultivate the innovative and creative craftsman of great powers with the spirit of craftsman has become the focus and focus of vocational education,especially in the field of secondary vocational education.The cultivation of "craftsman spirit" must be rooted in specific teaching and practice.In the handicraft industry with Tibetan characteristics,the modern apprenticeship system that advocates "the combination of work and study and school-enterprise cooperation" has a broader space for development.This study using the method of questionnaire,depth interview and data analysis methods,such as ethnic handicrafts,Thang-ga paintings on Tibet apprenticeship development in-depth research,at the same time comparing the differences between traditional and modern apprenticeship apprenticeships,and based on the characteristics of stakeholder perspective to analyze the Tibetan nationality handicraft industry,the practical operating results and the actual problems of apprenticeship,find out the Tibet ethnic characteristics of handicraft industry commonness and characteristics of modern apprenticeship development requires requirements,put forward referential Suggestions on the development of apprenticeship in Tibet.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly expounds the research background and significance,research contents and methods,research innovations and shortcomings.The second part is the definition of core concepts and the development of apprenticeship in Tibet based on the perspective of stakeholders.The third part is a study on the development of modern apprenticeship in handicraft industry with Tibetan characteristics.By studying the current situation of apprenticeship in handicraft industry with Tibetan ethnic characteristics in the past 40 years of reform and opening up,it is concluded that the apprenticeship in Tibet has gradually stepped into the modernization stage from the traditional stage and the marginalization stage.The fourth part further describes the development status of apprenticeship in Tibet from the perspective of stakeholders.Based on the analysis of the dilemma of traditional apprenticeship in handicraft industry with Tibetan ethnic characteristics,the paper concludes that the main problems of apprenticeship in handicraft industry with Tibetan ethnic characteristics are as follows: government support should be strengthened;Support for characteristic industries needs to be increased.The depth of school-enterprise cooperation needs to be improved;The overall quality of the apprentice needs to be improved;The role of the master is not effectively highlighted;Social and cultural identity needs to be cultivated.The fifth part is based on the modern apprenticeship secondary vocational education training model,combined with the actual situation of ethnic regions,the specific implementation of the practice of appropriate discussion,put forward to promote the development of apprenticeship industry with Tibetan characteristics of the feasibility of countermeasures and Suggestions: the introduction of special policies,increase financial subsidies;Developing new industries and expanding the scale of cooperation;Carry out multiparty cooperation and innovate cooperation mechanism;Improve the quality of apprentices and cultivate their autonomous motivation;Improve teaching level and enhance market awareness;We will strengthen publicity and guidance and promote the spirit of craftsmen.
