| The development of social economy depends on the prosperity of manufacturing industry,and mechanical manufacturing technology represents the advanced degree of manufacturing productivity.Secondary vocational school numerical control technology application specialized service goal is to develop a line of mechanical manufacturing high quality laborer and high skilled talents,however,the nc milling machine parts as one of the professional core courses,the teaching mode still exists shortcomings,in order to make the nc milling machine parts get better teaching effect,so the study of this course teaching mode is imperative.The research is based on the teaching mode reform of "CNC milling machining of mechanical parts" in secondary vocational schools.Firstly,literature research is used to sort out the research status at home and abroad,define several core concepts in the research,and analyze the theoretical basis of integrated teaching mode of science and practice and modern apprenticeship.Then,through questionnaire survey and interview survey,the status quo of "CNC milling machining of mechanical parts" teaching mode in two representative secondary vocational schools in jilin province was investigated and studied,and the current teaching status,problems,causes and improvement measures of this course in secondary vocational schools were analyzed.In order to solve the problems existing in the above teaching mode,the teaching mode of CNC milling machining of mechanical parts in secondary vocational schools based on modern apprenticeship system is established,and the original teaching mode of this course is reformed.Finally,the teaching design is carried out with the teaching project of "rectangular slot plate processing" in the course of CNC milling machining of mechanical parts.Through the above efforts,the teaching mode of "CNC milling machining of mechanical parts" in secondary vocational schools based on modern apprenticeship system is constructed,which is guided by the integrated teaching mode of science and practice,the main line of vocational ability training,the students as the main body,and the organic combination of theory and practice.On the one hand,it can broaden the scope of teachers’ knowledge,improve their practical skills and comprehensive ability,which is conducive to building an excellent team of teachers;On the other hand,it can promote the improvement of students’ professional quality and comprehensive ability,and effectively improve the quality of teaching. |
