In recent years,physical education has played an increasingly important role in the development of individuals and even the society,and has become an important part of vocational college education.However,with the long-term development of vocational colleges,physical education has lagged behind the actual needs of the society.Whether the physical education teaching content can adapt to the requirements of secondary vocational school education development,whether it can help secondary vocational school students improve their professional learning ability,in the rapid development of secondary vocational education today,in the new round of vocational education curriculum content reform of the key period,the research and improvement of secondary vocational sports innovative teaching content is of great significance.This study takes "research on the innovative model of PE course in the culinary specialty of secondary vocational education that fits the practical talent training" as the research object,and adopts the research methods of literature and materials,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and so on.Three points to "unify" secondary vocational cooking professional physical education teaching mode design,three points "unify" innovation model for cuisine specialty to secondary vocational school students interest in sport teaching situation analysis,the different properties of three points "unify" physical education innovation model after the analysis of the students' interest in sports,teachers to "unify three points is" innovation mode before the investigation and analysis of physical education teaching,students' experiment teaching,teaching sports project performance standards after statistics and secondary vocational school sports teaching curriculum cooking mode reform of six aspects,such as the revelation of the research content has carried on the detailed analysis.The research comes to the following conclusions:(1)most teachers have not set teaching objectives that are in line with their future career positions,and their teaching contents cannot show their functional abilities;(2)the number of students majoring in vocational practical physical education is on the rise.It is of great significance to set practical physical education courses,which is conducive to the future career development of students and the clear improvement of their learning enthusiasm.(3)there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in comprehensive physical quality and sports ability,and the performance of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group;(4)the academic performance of students in the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group.The teachers recognized the performance of the experimental group and made it clear that practical vocational physical education was conducive to improving students' professional skills.(5)the key factors for the establishment of practical physical education include the following components: first,the venue and equipment;second,the personal reasons of teachers;third,the system structure factors of practical physical education reform.According to the research results,the following Suggestions are put forward :(1)formulate teaching objectives that meet the requirements of future career positions and carry out specialized physical education teaching activities;(2)first of all,we should combine the vocational characteristics of higher vocational colleges,choose physical education courses that meet the requirements of high efficiency and practicality,and the corresponding teaching methods,and combine a variety of teaching methods to achieve individualized teaching;(3)constantly improve the physical education teachers' knowledge structure,improve their teaching level,and provide more opportunities for teachers to go out for training;(4)improve the site environment,constantly improve the site infrastructure,and at the same time,accelerate the pace of teaching reform;(5)secondary vocational colleges should establish a new concept of physical education leadership subjectively,pay attention to its practicality,adapt to the change of higher vocational education environment,and establish a characteristic physical education curriculum system.
