Along with the rapid development of science and technology,as well as the trade in the global market opening,people have much more requirement of the office automation.Multi-functional device,which is famous for its fast,convenient and efficiency,is becoming the mainstream of the modern office.It's means that the machine and its spare parts need higher quality.At the same time,due to the increase of global demands,production has become a very important problem for producers.Because the affiliate products consume more faster,not only for the whole machine,also for the ancillary products has a greater demand.Therefore,ancillary product's production capacity is a quite key point.The fixing device of KM Company is not only to supply the whole machine,also belongs to the accessories,which means its output should be more than whole machine.In view of the present problem of low production efficiency and output,this article analyses the present situation through the program analysis,operation Analysis and line balance efficiency of IE.The key problems are unreasonable layout,unreasonable logistics handling,the waste time and insufficient production mode,etc.Due to these problems,this paper uses procedure analysis and work measurement to study the production efficiency of fusing unit line,track operation details through work measurement to find the reason of the waster time.In order to improve the productivity and production capacity,solve the problem of the failure of production to meet the standards,the paper analyses unreasonable process contents,designs suitable production mode to simplify operation way,reduce the waster time.
