Most of chemical production process plants have introduced PLC or DCS automatic control system.Building new production lines or enlarge-scale process optimization not only a large amount of capital investment, but also a more difficult challenge is the need to re-evaluate the legitimacy of various compliance. Therefore,in the chemical industry,it has become a common practice to optimize production capacity without changing the whole production line or key equipment. There are many management theories in manufacturing industry, among which the most widely used are Six Sigma, which can improve the quality process of enterprises, lean production which can reduce waste, reduce cost, shorten cycle and improve quality, and TOC theory which can be improved by clustering bottlenecks. At present, these three theories are called the three management theories of global manufacturing industry. With the development of these three theories, their respective advantages and disadvantages are also presented. Then some scholars try to use the combination of these three theories. Thus,TOCLSS theory, which integrates the three theories, emerges. This thesis paper analyses and evaluates the production line capacity of L Company, collects the actual production data, establishes the production line capacity model, and calculates the gap between market demand and actual production capacity. After identifying the bottleneck process in production system with TOC theory, the equipment reliability of the bottleneck process is optimized with Lean Production TPM tools. At the same time, the product quality is improved with Six Sigma tools, and finally the production capacity of the production line is removed. Thus, the production capacity of the production line has been improved to meet the needs of the market.
