Improvement Design Of DK Swivel Chair Production Line

With the furniture manufacturing industry competition,how to improve efficiency and reduce costs become the focus of the furniture manufacturing industry.In this paper,DK swivel chair production line is taken as the research object,and the lean production method such as process production,layout optimization and logistics distribution are used to improve the design of production line.The main contents are as follows:(1)Construction of Improvement Design System for Swivel Chair Production Line.Combined with the theory of lean production and the characteristics of swivel chair manufacturing enterprises,improved the design principle from production line,improved design method of production line and improved design and implementation steps of production line,and improved the design system of production line.(2)Investigation and Analysis of Production System of Swivel Chair Plant and Establishment of Improvement Subproject.Through the comprehensive use of lean production and industrial engineering methods,the main product process,layout,production capacity,value flow,production line balance and so on are analyzed.Subproject.(3)Layout improvement design.Two layout improvement schemes are designed,and the optimal scheme is determined by comparison and analysis among different schemes.Finally,the layout plan of the new scheme is drawn.(4)Balance improved design.According to the production cycle determined by the previous process,two pipelining schemes are designed and the optimal scheme is determined by comparative analysis.Based on the design of gun nail assembly line,the paper designs the material distribution plan of the nail process,including design of material flow,selection of distribution mode,design of distribution route,formulation of delivery plan and handling equipment.(5)Summarize the full text,put forward the problems in the study,and give the future research ideas and direction.
