It is going through a new stage of development of economic globalization now,the development of communication technology is very fast,communications equipment market demand is constantly increasing,the competition between the enterprises is also more and more fierce,technological innovation ability has become the most important core competitiveness of the modern enterprise.In the field of communications equipment,small private enterprises want to get more better development,must have more innovation in project management,more benefits to meet the development of the enterprise itself and customer satisfaction.From the perspective of enterprise,if combining management targets and enterprise strategy,make the enterprise benefit maximization,this is the enterprise in multiproject management need to be solved problem.Based on S company and MMI project as an example,analyzed some problems from several aspects which happened in the project,and give the solutions for the problems.Final purpose is enhance the project management for S company and make a good improvement for the on time delivery rate under the quality premise.This article combined with the actual situation of S company,and as an example with MMI project which analyzed from several aspects of project management.In the project process,analyzed all department internal process problems involved the project of the company,and then detailed planning the project process on the whole,and from multiple project starting,planning,monitoring,execution and closing phase were analyzed,and make project manager can completely control of the entire project process.In terms of project organization structure,establish a strong matrix organization,and make the project manager has enough power and can easily communication with functional departments.In the project research and development,improve the project development process,make the project in parallel cases can rational utilize the resources and solve R&D team before long development cycle,and design always change again and again problem.In the project plan and schedule control,the article is using the PERT technique and the critical path of CPM method to make MMI project planning and control,through the optimization of the critical path to reduce the project time,improve the project execution efficiency and reduce the total project cost.In terms of quality management,give some solutions respectively from the supplier management,process quality management and delivery quality control,make sure really implement the quality inspection,to ensure the quality of the shipment.In this article,the author would like to through the implementation and application of the MMI project optimized solution,not only can solve the S company parallel project management problems,such as resource conflict and schedule delay,at the same time also can provide some reference Suggestions for the same type of enterprises which encountered similar problems in the competition market.
