Oil drilling operation is a special project with high investment,high risk and high technology level,it's an accident prone project,If we do not take precautions,it is easy to happen all kinds of accidents,endanger the personal safety of the operators and pollute the environment.The success of drilling projects depends not only on advanced technology and abundant capital,it is more dependent on the level of management,especially security management,Therefore,it is very important for oil enterprises to improve the safety management level of drilling site and ensure the safety of drilling engineering.LN Oil Company is a professional petroleum engineering technology service company affiliated to China's largest oil and gas group,it has more than 10,000 employees,the main business includes drilling and repairing wells,technical services,and risk contracting three major sectors,have the general contracting service capability of petroleum engineering technology integration.In order to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents at drilling site,to ensure the smooth operation of drilling projects,it is necessary to establish corresponding safety management measures to solve the safety risks faced by the drilling site,in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprise drilling and safety management level.This thesis analyzes the current situation of drilling safety management in LN Oil Company,the existing problems in drilling site safety management of LN oil company are analyzed,it is found that there are problems of high altitude falling objects cause safety accidents,safety accidents caused by equipment failure,improper operation leads to safety accident,it is necessary to work out solutions to the problems existing in the safety management of drilling site of LN Oil Company,by analyzing the causes of drilling site safety management problems of Oil Company,formulate drilling site safety management countermeasures for LN Oil Company,including strengthening drilling operation management,strengthening equipment safety management,strengthening safety management supervision,improving staff safety management awareness,in order to help LN Oil Company enhance the safety management level of drilling site.
