Study On Safety Management Of Drilling Field Of GW Drilling Company

With the rapid development of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition,as well as the national laws and regulations and oil industry standards are increasingly strict,the oil industry's major drilling enterprises on the safety management requirements are more and more high,safety production has become the key to the healthy development of oil drilling enterprises.Oil drilling is an important link in petroleum exploitation,which has the characteristics of complex working procedure,high risk and bad working environment.Once the production safety accident occurs,it will bring serious losses to enterprises and individuals and cause bad social influence.Therefore,it is very important for oil drilling enterprises to strengthen the safety management of drilling site and adopt scientific methods to improve the safety management level.In this paper,the drilling site safety management of GW drilling company as the research object,according to the discovery of drilling site safety production problems,analysis of the causes of the problems,find solutions to the problem.First of all,the background and significance of this study,as well as the research status at home and abroad,introduced drilling engineering,HSE management system,PDCA management mode and some other safety management related theories,to provide theoretical support for this study.Secondly,through the introduction of GW drilling company safety management status quo,found that GW drilling company in the drilling site safety risk management,high-risk operation management,safety responsibility implementation and other aspects of the problems,and the causes of the problems were analyzed.Again,in combination with GW drilling company safety management status,draw lessons from the project management,PDCA management mode of multidisciplinary management method,for GW drilling company safety management countermeasures put forward,including establishing scientific hidden perils in safety management system,strengthen the high-risk operations management,improve the implement the responsibility system for production safety measures,etc.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the countermeasures,the paper puts forward safeguard measures from strengthening the management of the meeting before and after the shift,establishing an effective HSE assessment mechanism,and constantly strengthening the safety awareness of employees.Based on the actual situation of GW Drilling Company's drilling site,this paper puts forward targeted solutions to the problems existing in safety management.Through the discussion and research of this paper,it is expected that the solutions proposed in the aspects of troubleshooting and management of safety hidden dangers,high-risk operation management and implementation of safety responsibility can play a certain guiding role in drilling operations and further improve the safety management level of drilling site.
