Gas Exploration Companies Evaluation Of Safety Management Capacity

With the development of economy of China, the natural gas industry has made rapid development. That the natural gas mining enterprise is the starting point of natural gas industry is beneficial to the people’s livelihood security and an important problem in the field of public safety management research. But the research and practice of natural gas exploitation enterprise safety production management field are relatively few. Therefore this is as a subject to study.Through the investigation and analysis of security management capabilities of the domestic and foreign natural gas exploitation enterprises, based on overall management theory that is machine, material, method, environment, and the use of systems analysis, comparative analysis, qualitative and quantitative methods, this article scientifically and reasonably determines a set of factors which effect the capability of safety production management of natural gas of of mining enterprises, meanwhile, disintegrates the factors, then builds the indicator system of the capability of safety production management for natural gas exploitation enterprise. Then combined based on objective optimization matrix of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and natural gas exploration and production enterprise safety production management indicators system to better achieve the absorption of the experience of the experts, but also provides the basis for the implementation of the follow-up computer. Then combines the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model which the power is decided by objective optimization matrix with the system of indicators of safety production management capability for gas exploitation enterprise, this model can better express the ideas of experts and provides the basis for coding computer implementation. From a practical point of view, one online application is designed to realize this idea by using C Sharp and MSSQL2008. One natural gas mining enterprise which is locate in the northwest of China is take as the example, through this theory and model a quantitative conclusions of valuing safety production management capabilities is provided.This research provides the systematic theoretical basis and technical means, has a strong practical value, can lighten the latter study.
