With the continuous development of China's construction industry,the increase of the volume and complexity of the project,the construction site safety management level put forward higher requirements.With the continuous emergence of new technologies,smart site safety management informatization,as a new means of traditional safety management mode transformation,has gradually entered more and more construction sites.However,due to many problems in the current industry environment,market environment,enterprise organization,technical development and other aspects,it is difficult to effectively apply smart site safety management informatization.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the causes of poor application and solve the problems orderly according to the degree of influence of obstacles.This paper first investigated the status quo of the application of smart site safety management information technology.Through literature review and questionnaire survey,the application status and existing problems of smart site safety management informatization in China were sorted out from the aspects of policy standards,application scope,application depth and specific product application.The existing problems are as follows: firstly,the policy environment and market environment are insufficient at the macro level,which are embodied in the imperfect policies such as the construction technical standards and management norms of the industry smart site,and the lack of model selection guidance and professional construction solutions for the informatization of smart site safety management in the market.Second,enterprises at the micro level have insufficient investment in smart site safety management informatization,insufficient application scope and depth of smart site safety management informatization,low application frequency and poor operability of products,and poor integration of technology and management.Then,on the basis of the investigation of the application status of smart site safety management informatization,23 obstacles were identified by combining the literature research method and Delphi method.In order to ensure the accuracy and suitability of obstacle factors,professionals with experience in the application of smart site safety management informatization were selected as the subjects of the questionnaire survey.According to the investigation on the influence degree of obstacle factors,14 major obstacle factors were further selected.Further,the integrated dematel-ism method was used to analyze the action relationship and influence degree of 14 obstacle factors.After data analysis,the characteristic quantity of each obstacle factor and the hierarchical explanation structure model of 6 levels were obtained.Considering the influence degree,action path and hierarchy of each obstacle factor comprehensively,five key obstacle factors were finally determined:(1)lack of support from senior managers;(2)economic benefits are not obvious;(3)the enterprise lacks a systematic investment plan;(4)the industry wisdom site construction standards and management standards lack or imperfect;(5)on the nature of the application of security management information cognitive deficiencies.Finally,based on the research results of this paper,countermeasures and Suggestions for the application of smart site safety management informatization are put forward from the four aspects of policy,market,enterprise and technology,so as to realize the application value of smart site safety management informatization and realize the transformation and upgrading of industrial safety management mode of construction.
