At present, with the rapid development of China’s construction industry, the complexity of building structure is increasing, and higher requirements are put forward for the application of safety management measures in construction site.Safety management is the most important management link in on-site management, and safety is no small matter.Safety problems will not only cause property losses, but also endanger people’s lives. However, there are still many drawbacks and deficiencies in the traditional safety management measures at present, which leads to various safety management problems emerging one after another and brings great losses to the country and enterprises. In view of the above situation, this paper optimizes the safety management measures of the construction site by using the current advanced smart site technology to better solve the problems in the process of safety management of the construction site and improve the efficiency of various safety management work, which has important theoretical guidance and practical significance for the scientific and effective development of safety management of the construction site in the future. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First of all, starting from the background of this paper, taking smart site technology and safety management measures on construction site as the research core,by consulting a large number of relevant documents and using relevant theoretical basis,we can grasp the background and current situation of smart site technology application and safety management measures at home and abroad.Secondly, through the statistics and analysis of the problems in the current construction site safety management and the relevant data of safety accidents in recent years, the cause points of various high-frequency accidents at present are found according to the principle of cause theory. On this basis,by using the methods of literature review and expert interview, the elements of various construction site safety management measures are preliminarily identified, revised and improved through the accident causes.By using the method of decision test and evaluation test analysis(DEMATEL)for quantitative analysis,22 key measures required for the study of construction site safety management measures by smart site technology are finally obtained, and they are divided into four categories: personnel management measures, site management measures, material management measures and environmental management measures.Thirdly, using the current advanced smart site technology,22 key measures in four categories are optimized at different levels, and the optimized contents and effects of each measure are introduced in detail, and a relatively perfect optimization system of safety management measures on the construction site with smart site technology is summarized. Finally, combined with a practical case of a project in Shandong Province, this paper introduces the smart site technology to optimize the safety management measures of the construction site.According to the practical application of technical measures optimization in smart construction site of this project,Delphi method is used to obtain the rating table of the optimization effect of smart construction site technology on safety management measures, and then AHP combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the effect, and the final evaluation result is "good".Combined with the practical application of the optimization of technical safety management measures in the smart site of this project, different improvement opinions and suggestions are put forward. It has certain reference value for the future development and improvement of smart site technology on the optimization of construction site safety management measures.
