M Construction Company Construction Safety Management Evaluation And Countermeasure Research

China’s construction industry has always maintained a good momentum of development,China’s construction speed,construction quality in the world is well-known,the value of production and social contributions(such as easing the social employment tension,solving the problem of a large number of migrant workers),in the forefront of all industries in the country for a long time.However,safety accidents above the serious level in the construction field,also presents an upward trend.Its main reasons,objectively,municipal infrastructure construction,housing construction volume is large and wide,construction conditions are difficult,construction project environment is poor,the four seasons of the year spring,summer,autumn and winter are mostly outdoor operations;Subjectively,some construction enterprises do not pay enough attention to production safety management,do not take effective measures to control and prevent safety accidents,and the overall management level is not high.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the construction safety management evaluation index system to help improve the construction safety management level.This paper reviews and studies the construction safety management and evaluation theory both at home and abroad,researches and studies experts engaged in the work of the actual building construction safety management researches on strengthening the construction safety management evaluation,combines with researching M construction company safety management present situation and evaluation work,determines about the research ideas and main content of M construction company safety management evaluation,determines the evaluation index system of safety management,and according to the evaluation index system,uses the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to analyze the weight of safety management work content elements during the whole process of construction safety production,organizes industry experts review modify repeatedly to obtain factors weights,and then uses weighted comprehensive evaluation method for M construction company having a comprehensive quantitative analysis and evaluation to analyze M construction company main problems of safety management,and according to the relatively weak link,M construction company in the future should focus on strengthening the construction of which aspects in the process of safety production and take improvement measures,to really improve the company level and project level of safety management,so as to avoid or reduce the number of general safety accidents,put an end to larger,major and serious safety accidents,ensure the healthy development of company.Hope that through this paper research,combining with the actual investigation of M construction company management particularly,has some reference value on putting forward suggestion for M construction company and other construction companies in the safetyproduction management to find the weak link of their own,a targeted improvement measures for the management,improve the level of safety management.
