Talent competition has become essence of all kinds of market competition among the current enterprises,therefore,it’s of great significance for the enterprise to establish favorable talent management system,improve comprehensive level of the available talent,sequentially to ensure strong market competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.As a laminate packaging material producer,X Company has attached great importance to role of talent in the process of development.In recent years,in order to win long-term development in the increasingly fierce competition,the company adjusted her business strategy,thus made higher demand for talent management.First of all,the thesis collects and analysis both domestic and oversea research achievement on the theory of talent development.Make clear that in current era of knowledge economy,talent development has become crucial way of improving core competitiveness of a corporation.After that,it elaborates fundamental theory of talent development,qualification management system,and related concepts of competence model,which lay the theoretic foundation of the thesis.Company.With method of questionnaire and interviews,we found out many problems lie in recruitment and allocation,career path designation,training system management,selection and promotion,etc.On this basis,in virtue of basic framework of qualification management system with method of restructuring competency model,the thesis partly solved bottleneck problems that restrict talent development in X Company,moreover offered practical operation scheme by raising example of specific positions.Next,as per correlation of qualification management and human resource management,we put forward to apply the optimized qualification system to the future recruitment and selection assessment,internal development of the staffs,talent incentive,etc.So to improve and perfect talent development system,enhance comprehensive level of the human resource management,and better solve the essential demands of human resource management work in X Company.
