In recent years,major production safety accidents have occurred frequently in China,which not only caused casualties and property losses,but also exposed a series of problems such as the imperfect production safety system and production safety management mechanism,the weak concept of safety development,the inadequate implementation of corporate responsibility,and the lax enforcement of safety supervision.Work safety should be people-oriented,and the key factor in work safety management is the human factor,because the employees’ uneven safety quality,weak safety awareness and unqualified professional technology will directly increase the potential safety hazards.Based on the work status of the safety management personnel of Gansu Kunlun Gas Company,through the questionnaire survey of the middle and senior managers and relevant employees of the company’s training department,this paper summarized the existing problems of the company: lack of attention to employee training,existing problems in the implementation of training organization,shortage of teachers and training in a mere formality.Secondly,after the investigation and analysis of the work tasks of the middle level safety managers of Gansu Kunlun Gas Company,the core competency elements required by the middle level safety managers are extracted and the corresponding competency model is constructed.Next,after studying the relevant training design objectives and processes of Gansu Kunlun Gas Company,the training needs of middle level safety managers of Gansu Kunlun Gas Company are analyzed based on the competency model of safety managers,and the competency level of middle level safety managers is evaluated,Clarify the main competency gaps and weaknesses between the actual competency level of safety management personnel of Gansu Kunlun Gas Company and the competency required by the post;Finally,from the three dimensions of training content,training methods and training feedback,this paper proposes the work optimization countermeasures of the safety management personnel training system,and proposes the guarantee measures for optimizing training.It is hoped that this study can provide relevant theoretical and practical guidance for the optimization of the training system of safety production management personnel.
