Coke is an important raw material in metallurgical industry,and its quality has great influence on blast furnace production.This paper optimizes the coal structure of 7.63m superlarge coke oven and analyzes the factors and ways of influencing coke quality.It is of great significance to optimize the coal blending structure and guide the coking.In the coal blending structure,organic solid waste,Petroleum coke and coke powder were added.As the binder in the coal blending,it was involved in the coking of coal blending and optimized the coal blending structure of the super large 7.63m coke oven.The strength of the type of coal with different proportion of solid waste was measured,and the compressive resistance of the type coal was the best when the tar slag,acid tar and biochemical sludge were added 2.5%.The change of coke quality before and after the organic solid waste with 1%content was analyzed,the quality of coke was small,and the CRI of coke was reduced,and the CSR was increased.Small coke oven test and industrial production practice show that the petroleum coke is properly blended?appropriate ratio is 4%?,and the quality of coke produced is not much different;the industrial experiment of adding coke powder does not exceed 0.5%;coke powder equal proportion of lean coal,can be equipped with 1.5%.Fourteen representative single types of coal were selected and the coking test of40kg small coke oven was carried out.To test the single kind of coal,coal quality,analyzes the MMR,G value,volatile,and impact on the quality of formed coke ash alkalinity index law,and established the CRI and CSR of predict coke respectively model:y?CRI?=1.895x?Vd?-1.248x?G?+11.691 x?MMR?+8.047x?MBI?+75.560,the R2 is 0.964;The model forpredictingCSRisy?CSR?=-3.459x?Vd?+1.611x?G?-15.721x?MMR?-6.989x?MBI?+20.482,and R2 is 0.941.The optical tissue content of coke in 7.63 m coke oven was analyzed,and the influence factors of coke quality are revealed from the micro level.The content of inlaid tissue in coke increased,and the M400 with coke was higher,and M100 was smaller.With the increase of OTI index of coke?optical anisotropy index?,the CRI of coke has decreased,and the CSR has increased.Figure 20;Table 25;Reference 60.
