| With the developing of large sized blast furnace and the application of pulverized coal injection, the higher coke quality for blast furnace is required. Large sized coke oven is becoming one of developing directions for the coking process as result of improving coke quality.The characteristic of blending coal and coke data were obtained from several large sized coking plants in domestic. The coke quality is influenced by the parameters which characterized the size of coke oven, the rank of coal and caking property, and the relation between those parameters was analyzed. The parameters must be independent and properly characterize the size of coke oven, the rank of coal and caking property. Finally, the model of predicting coke quality was build by those parameters.The total final check up shows that it is exact to predict coke quality for the model.It can be concluded that the model which was build in this paper is more exact than the model of V-G from the distribution of data points(thwart is the value of fact, ordinate is the value of prediction) in the around of beeline y=x compared to the model of V-G which was established,The best range about characteristic of blending coal was obtained from the demand of coke quality for blast furnace, combined with the require of characteristic of blending coal for the industry.The experiment was done in a coke oven whose chamber volume is 20 kilogram in WISCO. The result of the experiment was modified by the regression between experimental coke oven and coke oven, and shows that the ideal range characteristic of blending coal is applicable for coking production. |
