Research Of Technical Proposal Of Preparation Of Methanol Synthesis Gas With Coke Oven Gas And Gasification Gas

Coke powder and coke oven gas as the main by-product of coke production process are valuable chemical feedstock.The technical process for methanol production with coke oven gas is mature and commercialized.This is because there are lots of H2,CH4,CO and CO2 in coke oven gas which can be used to generate syngas for methanol synthesis.However,it is hard to get the suitable ratio of H2/CO for methanol synthesis when the coke oven gas is reformed.The ratio of H2/CO is relatively high from the results of this thesis and production practice.According to the actual situation in Zhongrun coal chemical company,this thesis studies the effects of operating conditions on the coke oven gas conversion process and also investigates the effects of the gasification conditions on coke powder gasification performance.Finally the methanol synthesis gas technical proposal with coke powder and coke oven gas,this proposal overcomes the shortcomings of each single raw material preparation of methanol synthesis gas process and realizes the complementary advantages of both processes.On the basis of the existing methanol synthesis device from coke oven gas in Zhongrun coal chemical company,the new construction of coke powder gasification process and methanol synthesis devices will bring more 20.5tons/hr methanol theoretically.
