ABSTRACT: The operation area of coal carbonization of the ironmaking ofAn Ling Co.Ltd was formally put into production on22nd, August,2010. Due to therestrictions of the coal source structure and the effects of single-line of theironmaking, the quality of the hard coke flutuates greatly. Therefore, it is of greatsignificance to carry out the reseach on the stalization of the hard coke in order tostalize the hard coke quality and meet the needs of blast furnace smelting.Based on the correlation between the40-kilo experimental coke oven and theindustrial coke oven, a great deal of experimental reasearch and the comparision ofactual production data are carried out in order to meet the needs of blast furnacesmelting with the use of the exsisting raw material under the current conditions ofiron-making. The research shows that the newly-built coke oven has great value instabilizing the coke quality. It also shows that the quality of the coal and the cokingconditions have a great impact on the coke quality. Meanwhile, the interactionbetween them also influences the coke quality greatly in a certain degree. Theabove-mentioned conclusions have an important reference value for the enterprises ofits kind.
