With the limitation of coking coal consumption in some areas and the improvement of coke quality requirements in blast furnaces,some coking enterprises have to optimize coal blending schemes and change coking time to save costs and stabilize coke quality.Through conventional coal blending scheme and 3% increase on the basis of conventional coal blending scheme is small coke oven of coking coal project in the experiment,the analysis of the properties of various coal blending scheme involved two kinds of coal blending scheme under different coking time and the mechanical strength of coke,coke thermal properties and coke structure characteristics,discusses extension of the coal blending design for coking time of different the influence law of coke quality.The results show that under the condition of conventional coal blending scheme,when the coking time is extended to 22 h,the drum strength of the coking coke is larger and the thermal property is better.When the coking time is extended to 24 h,the falling strength of the coke is larger.Under the condition of adding 3% coking coal on the basis of the conventional coal blending scheme and extending the coking time to 22 h,the hot properties of the coking coal are better.When the coking time is extended to 24 h,the falling strength of the coke is the highest.The coking time was extended from 18 h to 26 h,and the drum strength of the coke did not change much.Comparing the two coal blending schemes,it is found that after adding 3% coking coal on the basis of the conventional coal blending scheme,the drum strength of the coking coke is improved by extending the coking time.Based on two kinds of coal blending coking by X-ray diffraction and Raman spectra were analyzed,and the extension of the coking time to 22 h,on the basis of conventional coal blending scheme is increased by 3% after the coking coal coking by orientation degree is better than conventional coking by coal blending scheme,improve the drop strength and thermal properties of the coke,the conventional coal blending scheme based on increased by 3% after the coking coal coking by compared with the conventional coal blending coking by obvious blue shift phenomenon happens,the mechanical strength and thermal properties of coke have been improved.Therefore,when the coking time is extended to 22 h,the drum strength and thermal properties of the coke refined by the two coal blending schemes can be improved.After the coking time is extended to 24 h,the drum strength and thermal properties of the coke refined in the conventional coal blending plan begin to decline.After the increase of 3% in the conventional coal blending plan,the coking and caking properties of the coal blending are improved to ensure better drum strength and thermal properties and slow down the decline trend.
