Study On Development Strategy Of Wenzhou Tobacco Company

With the increasing voice of tobacco control,the deepening of anti-monopoly law,the continuing downturn of the global economy and the increase of national tax revenue on the tobacco industry,the external development environment and situation of Wenzhou Tobacco Company are becoming more and more serious and complex.How to accurately grasp the development trend of the tobacco industry,grasp the development opportunities during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,resolutely reform,overcome difficulties and overcome difficulties,and continue to maintain sustainable and healthy development is an important issue that Wenzhou Tobacco Company urgently needs to solve.In view of this,this paper takes Wenzhou Tobacco Company as the research object,starting from the current background of global tobacco control,combining with the current situation of Wenzhou Tobacco Company,through PEST analysis tools and Porter's Five Forces Model,to analyze the internal,external and industrial environment of Wenzhou Tobacco Company's development,and to find out the bottlenecks restricting the development of enterprises.This paper puts forward the basic principles and strategic objectives of Wenzhou Tobacco Company's strategy,and makes strategic choices for the development of Wenzhou Tobacco Company by using SWOT analysis tools on the basis of strategic analysis.It also puts forward five specific strategic measures,namely,construction strategy of modern circulation enterprises,diversification development strategy,alliance growth strategy,differentiation strategy and internationalization strategy.At the same time,the necessity,urgency and feasibility of the implementation of the strategies are analyzed.Finally,the four supporting points of strategy implementation,namely,system support,talent support,science support and technology support and organizational support,are elaborated in detail.
