Research On The Development Strategy Of DN Steel Industry Company

As we know,overcapacity in the steel industry has become a global phenomenon.Enterprises must adapt to the change of the environment and develop a long-term and feasible enterprise strategy.The thesis adopts the ideas,theories and methods of strategic management and takes the development strategy of DN Steel Industry Co.,Ltd.as the research object.This paper analyzes the external environment of the company,including the economic,policy and technical environment.The internal resources and conditions of the company are also analyzed.This paper uses the internal factor evaluation matrix and the SWOT theory.The purpose is to integrate the external environmental factors and internal resources.On the basis of defining the strengths and weaknesses of the company,a scientific and reasonable development strategy for the company is expected to be made.This paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 discusses the background and significance of this research,some related researches are introduced.In chapter 1,we demonstrate the related research methods are introduced.Chapter 3 analyzes the internal and external environment and current situation of DN Steel Corp,and applies external and internal factor evaluation matrix and SWOT theory to give corresponding analysis and evaluation on the company's strengths and weaknesses.In the fourth chapter,according to the analysis and evaluation of the development of DN company,we chooses and formulates corresponding development strategy to meet the needs of the long-term,medium and short term development.And chapter 5 puts forward the corresponding strategic implementation measures.In the final chapter,we summarize this study and get our conclusions.
