According to incomplete statistics,up to 2018,there are more than 200,000 large and small steel merchants in China."The total trade volume of iron and steel has accounted for 10% of China's GDP,while the steel circulation volume of iron and steel enterprises accounted for 2/3 of the whole steel circulation market and half of the total export volume of steel." China has become a powerful country in iron and steel industry.However,as the iron and steel industry is a highly polluted industry,the emission of pollutants has caused serious environmental pollution,and the ecological environment has been damaged.In order to realize the long-term sustainable development of the national economy,it is necessary for iron and steel enterprises to change from extensive production mode with high pollution to energy-saving and environmental protection.At the same time,with the slowdown of China's economic growth and the reduction of domestic and foreign demand for downstream steel,the excess capacity of the steel industry has become more and more intense,and the steel trade market is seriously oversupply.In addition,the Internet era has changed the enterprise's information transparency and trading methods,which has seriously impacted the traditional trade model.In summary,the profits of iron and steel enterprises continue to decline,some enterprises have been in a loss situation,China's iron and steel industry development is facing more problems and challenges.Based on this background,this paper,based on the theory of enterprise strategic management,circular economy and enterprise development and management under environmental constraints,makes a detailed analysis of the development strategy of southeastIron and Steel Company by means of literature research,field investigation and case analysis,and studies the internal and external environment faced by southeastIron and Steel Company in order to formulate the development strategy of southeastIron and Steel Company under environmental constraints.Firstly,this paper elaborates the related theories of enterprise strategic management,takes the research on the development strategy of southeaststeel enterprise under environmental constraints as the research objective,combines various theories,and uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external environment situation of the steel industry under environmental constraints and the strategic development of southeaststeel company,then find out the strengths and weaknesses of southeastSteel Company and the opportunities and challenges it may face under the new situation,and establish the development strategy of southeastSteel Company.At the same time,in order to realize this strategy,this paper puts forward some measures,such as implementing technological transformation,reducing operating costs,establishing stable customer relationship and improving the level of staff specialization.Finally,it puts forward the organizational,cultural and institutional guarantee of the development strategy of southeast Iron and Steel Company,in order to effectively accelerate the development of iron and steel enterprises through the combination of theory and practice.The main innovation of this study lies in the comprehensive use of strategic management theory,circular economy theory,enterprise development and management theory under environmental constraints as the theoretical basis for the study,and this paper comprehensively and systematically analyses the dialectical relationship between the development of iron and steel enterprises and environmental protection and resource constraints,and the combination of theory and practice.The professional application of research methods makes the process of this study standardized and rigorous,the research conclusion is reliable,operable and professional.This paper has eleven figures,nine tables and 85 references.
