Post Evaluation Study Of Sewage Treatment Project In BOT Mode

With the country's emphasis on environmental protection,the sewage treatment industry has developed rapidly,and the difficulty of sewage treatment project management has also increased.Sewage treatment is a highly professional and low-profit industry,which needs stable and low-energy consuming professional technology as its support.Now social capital in the sewage treatment project has a mature and professional technology,and management experience is better than the government,the government only to perform supervision,the project management and operations to a responsible social capital,can greatly improve the operational efficiency of the project,reduce the operating cost of the project,so the sewage treatment project BOT mode is one of the development trend of the future.Post project evaluation is an evaluation method that analyzes and summarizes the construction management of the project after the completion of the project construction,which helps to improve the management level,investment efficiency and scientific decision-making level of the project.There are few post-evaluation studies on sewage treatment projects under the current BOT model,and more research is on project risk management,operational models and investment evaluation.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the post evaluation of sewage treatment projects under BOT mode.Based on the status of sewage treatment projects in BOT mode,analysis of the importance of post-evaluation in the life cycle of a sewage treatment project,this paper proposes that the main research content of this paper is post evaluation of sewage treatment projects in BOT mode.Secondly,the research status of post evaluation of sewage treatment project and BOT mode is summarized.Then,the common methods of project post evaluation are analyzed,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is selected as the post evaluation method of BOT mode sewage treatment project,and the concept of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is elaborated,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed,and the synthesis operator(7)(10)?,(8)is selected for the synthesis operation.Then,analyzed the sewage treatment BOT mode the main content of the project evaluation,including the impact after evaluation,process evaluation,economic benefits after evaluation and sustainability evaluation,according to the main content of the four aspects,combined with the construction of index system principles,BOT mode is established post evaluation index system of sewage treatment project.The last of A sewage treatment project to make the case analysis,through the structure entropy weight method to construct indexes of determining weight,questionnaire survey of experts to obtain evaluation scores for individual indicators of the project,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to analysis the evaluation scores,it is concluded that Asewage treatment project fuzzy comprehensive evaluation score,summing up the experience of A sewage treatment project and related Suggestions are given.This paper studies the post-evaluation of sewage treatment projects under BOT mode,analyzes the shortcomings in the project and proposes improvements.It provides useful reference and help for the construction and operation of sewage treatment projects under BOT mode,which helps to improve the management level of sewage treatment projects under BOT mode.
