Research On Post-Evaluation Of The Gas Reservoir Productive Capacity Project Of Shaximiao Formation In Zhongjiang Field

The post-project evaluation can objectively reflect the management level of the project in the whole life cycle of preparation,decision-making,construction,operation management and sustainable development.It is an effective and operative scientific management method.Since the second half of 2014,the international oil and gas industry has continued to slump.In order to actively cope with the low oil price during the cold winter period,Sinopec has continuously tapped the measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency.By the way of continuous evaluating of various investment projects,finding problems when the project was being conducted,together with timely lessons learned,people can optimize the management level of similar projects throughout the life cycle,effectively improve the project decision-making level and construction quality.On the basis of analyzing the significance of post-evaluation of the gas production capacity construction project,the paper discusses the development of post-evaluation and research status home and abroad,summarizes the main contents,theories and methods of the post-evaluation of the project.Through literature research and expert guidance,establishing a comprehensive post-evaluation index system under the characteristics of natural gas capacity construction projects.The analytic hierarchy process is selected as the indicator weighting method;and the fuzzy comprehensive post-evaluation research was carried out on the post-evaluation of the gas reservoir productive capacity project of Shaximiao Formation,Zhongjiang Field,and the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were obtained.On the perspectives of production organization management,economic benefit development,environmental protection sustainable development,and social harmonious development,putting forward targeted optimization suggestions.On the one hand,it can provide relevant reference for the construction of similar projects;on the other hand,it can provide empirical reference for the index system and evaluation methods for similar project post-evaluation work.
