Post Evaluation Of Comprehensive Benefit Of Coal Chemical Industry Investment Projects

In recent years,new investment projects in coal chemical industry have a blowout growth.The application of post evaluation in the coal chemical industry is increasingly common with the gradual operation of new investment projects.The comparative analysis method in the post evaluation was offen used to make a comparative analysis of the project operation and the expected goal in traditional enterprises,which can judge the operation effect of the enterprise.However,the post evaluation of the coal chemical industry investment projects is still weak.The post evaluation content,theory,method and emphasis of coal chemical industry investment projects are quite different from those of general investment projects as the green,low-carbon and efficient development goals of "carbon peak,carbon neutral".Here,the implementation process,performance management,carbon evaluation and sustainable development of the coal chemical industry investment project are analyzed,based on the analysis of coal chemical industry characteristics of investment projects and the theory and method of the evaluation.Furthermore,the problems and achievements existing in the various stages of coal chemical industry projects are causal analysis and summary.Thus,the objective,fair,independent and scientific comprehensive benefit post evaluation is obtained.At the same time,the post evaluation method and comprehensive benefit post evaluation model adopted in this paper provide reference for new coal chemical industry projects.We firstly analyzes the research status of post evaluation and carbon evaluation.Then,according to the characteristics of the coal chemical industry and post evaluation requirements,the evaluation indexes and methods are selected and compared.The index weight can be determined using analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established after the comprehensive benefit of coal chemical industry investment projects evaluation mathematical model.In order to achieve the process of qualitative indicators and quantitative evaluation.The project implementation,performance operation,carbon evaluation,and sustainable development were comprehensive evaluated based on the actual coal chemical industry investment projects.Finally,the guarantee measures of coal chemical enterprise comprehensive benefit evaluation index system to implement were analyzed,achieving the combination of theory and practice.
