Study On Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of Hotel Decentralized Sewage Treatment And Reuse Engineering

Water reuse wastewater reuse, is solving the problem of urban water pollution,one of the effective ways to implement open source throttling.In recent years,the government to promote the construction of economical society,encouraging companies to invest in water reuse engineering,more consideration to environmental and social impact of the engineering.And the hotel as a profit-making industry,pay more attention to the project brought about by the economic interests.Therefore,how to complete and rational evaluation study hotel the comprehensive benefits of water reuse project,improve the one-sided understanding of engineering benefit,to promote the project to promote popularization,the government decision-making has important practical significance.Based on this purpose,this paper taking xi ’an as an example,the first of the three star classes or above hotel in the city water reuse engineering the application status of social investigation,it is concluded that the hotel water reuse engineering utility ratio is low, at just 6%.In turn,for the engineering application,this paper analyzes the factors which influence,summarized including public awareness,policy system, economic benefits and five 13 factors,questionnaire survey results showed that the economic benefit is the main factor of restricting the engineering application.Secondly, based on the above analysis,combining with the characteristics of the hotel industry,this paper establishes "economic, social and environmental benefits unifies" the comprehensive benefit evaluation model,AHP,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the engineering comprehensive benefit evaluation.Finally,this paper based on this model a five-star hotel in xi ’an to carry on the empirical analysis, the economic benefits of concrete engineering is calculated "general", "good" social benefits, environmental benefits "good", comprehensive benefit "general" fuzzy evaluation results. Further, through the analysis of the evaluation conclusion that xi ’an tap water price is too low is the primary cause of engineering utility ratio is low, and put forward to promote the hotel water reuse project popularization suggestion.
