Study On Water Pollution Control In Qinjiang River Basin From The Persperctive Of Collaborative Governance

Qinjiang is an important source of industrial and agricultural production and life in Qinzhou City.Qinzhou City is an important part of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.The environmental governance of the Qinjiang River Basin can be said to be of great significance to the development of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.In recent years,the water quality of the Qinjiang River has declined significantly,and the watershed environment has deteriorated.The water pollution situation is very serious.Although the governments at all levels in Qinzhou have taken active measures of prevention and control,the water pollution control work has not achieved satisfactory results.At present,the environmental pollution problem in the Qinjiang River Basin cannot be solved by the government alone.How to manage the ecological environment of the Qin River Basin effectively and coordinate it with the economy and society requires the participation of stakeholders such as the government,enterprises,social organizations and the public.Work together.The research in this paper is based on the current problems in the coordinated management of water pollution in China.By introducing the example of coordinated water pollution control in the Qinjiang River Basin,the problems and causes of the current collaborative management of river basin environment are analyzed.On the basis of the experience of river basin environmental collaborative management,this paper proposes a coordinated path of river basin environment coordination in line with the actual situation of Qinjiang River.
