Study On Collaborative Control Of Water Pollution In Chifeng Basin Based On SFIC Model

In recent years,the quality of ecological environment has begun to attract extensive attention and attention of the society,and the concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains" is gradually gaining ground among the people.As a part of the ecological environment,watershed water resources have an important impact on the quality of the ecological environment.At the same time,it is also of great significance to the development of the region.From the perspective of collaborative governance,this paper studies the river basin water pollution governance in Chifeng City,takes the SFIC model as the analysis framework of this paper,takes the collaborative governance theory as the theoretical basis,and combs the current situation of river basin water pollution collaborative governance in Chifeng City,Using SFIC model,this paper discusses the problems existing in the collaborative treatment of water pollution in Chifeng basin,and analyzes the causes.Combined with the literature research at home and abroad and the successful treatment experience of Huaihe River Basin and Taihu Lake Basin in China,it is expected to play a certain reference role in the coordinated treatment of water pollution in Chifeng basin.Finally,combined with the actual situation of Chifeng City and the treatment experience of Huaihe River Basin and Taihu Lake Basin,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated treatment of water pollution in Chifeng City.This paper consists of the following seven parts:Part I: introduction.This paper mainly expounds the topic selection part of this paper,including background,significance,academic status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,as well as innovations and deficiencies.Part II: overview of relevant concepts and theoretical basis.This part mainly introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of watershed water pollution control,and constructs the theoretical framework of the full text analysis.Part III: current situation.This part mainly introduces the water pollution and treatment status of Chifeng River Basin.Part IV: problem and cause analysis.This part discusses the problems existing in the collaborative treatment of river basin water pollution in Chifeng City from four aspects: initial conditions,leadership catalysis,system design and collaborative process.At the same time,it discusses the causes of these problems and makes an in-depth analysis.Part V: experience.This part sorts out the governance work of domestic Huaihe River Basin and Taihu Lake Basin,combs their governance experience,and summarizes the successful experience that plays a reference role in the coordinated governance of water pollution in Chifeng basin.Part VI:countermeasures and suggestions.This part puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the four perspectives of establishing public awareness,strengthening leadership catalysis,improving system design and strengthening process support,so as to improve the treatment of water pollution in Chifeng basin.Finally,the conclusion summarizes the full text.
