The Study On Water Pollution Control In Zhungeer Banner Of Inner Mongolia Yellow River Basin

As China’s mother river,the Yellow River has given birth to generations of civilization.But in recent years,with the rapid development of economy,water pollution incidents in the Yellow River continue to occur in our country,which makes us shocked.Therefore,some measures need to be taken,Seriously affected the economic development of our country and people’s physical and mental health.At the same time,as for the people of Zhun Geer,as the only transiting river in Zhun Geer,it is the main reason for the rich resources,developed cultural infrastructure,numerous industry,mining enterprises and the rapid development of economy.So it is urgent to protect the Yellow River basin.Based on this,the article will focus on practical problems in today society.Taking the Zhungeer banner section of Inner Mongolia in the Yellow River Basin as an example and being aimed at improving its water quality,this thesis deeply studies and analyzes the existing problems and causes of the Zhungeer banner section of Inner Mongolia in the Yellow River Basin.Based on the successful experience of water pollution control in river basins at home and abroad,combined with the reality of Zhungeer banner,and based on the theory of collaborative governance,"tragedy of the commons" and game theory,it is considered that the water pollution control in the Yellow River Basin should first improve its supporting laws and regulations,so that there are laws to govern;Secondly,we should improve the existing government governance mechanism,fully mobilize the participation of multiple social subjects,especially the strength of non-governmental organizations such as enterprises,the public and social organizations,introduce the concept of coordination into water pollution control,promote the government from "single" to "multiple" social subjects,and form a good situation of collaborative governance;Finally,we should do a good job in source control to fundamentally eliminate the formation of water pollution events.In a word,the author hopes that through the research on the water pollution control of Zhungeer banner in Inner Mongolia in the Yellow River Basin,it give advice and suggestions for the water pollution control of Zhungeer banner,but also give some help to the water pollution control of other basins in China.
