In the current background of the rapid social economy development, the demand for railway dangerous goods transportation has also increased, and the requirements for transportation safety management have also been significantly improved. However,in the field of actual self-provided railway dangerous goods transportation, the relevant safety management technology level has not been high, mainly based on experience management. Therefore,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for dangerous goods transportation that is compatible with the development stage of the enterprise to provide support for enterprise safety management. This paper first briefly discusses the current status of domestic railway dangerous goods transportation safety and the current situation of safety management evaluation in this aspect at home and abroad, and made theoretical preparation for further research.Secondly, introduce Shenhua Baoshen self-provided railway briefly.Think of it current situation, analyze the factors that may affect its safe transportation. It sorts out the two-level indicators that affect the safety of special-line dangerous goods transportation, and constructs a target by using the AHP.Then, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced, and it is combined with the analytic hierarchy process to establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process.Aiming at the practical problems to be studied in this paper, the data processing, membership function and weight calculation methods of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are improved in the specific analysis and solution process,so that the existing problems can be solved effectively. Finally, the security evaluation analysis of the example is carried out by using the constructed model to verify the correctness of the model and the effectiveness of the solution. The comprehensive evaluation results were analyzed in detail, and based on the analysis results, improvement measures were proposed in a targeted manner. |
