| Airlines are responsible for the collection, storage and transportation of dangerous goods. They have the characteristics of complex operation links and numerous practitioners. It is a problem that airlines must face whether they can reasonably and fully use human and material resources to ensure the safe transportation of dangerous goods. It is an important means for airlines to continuously improve the weak links by evaluating the level of safety assurance capability of dangerous goods transportation and providing the managers with the status quo of enterprise operation. Therefore,it is of great significance to scientifically evaluate the safety assurance capability of airlines for dangerous goods transportation.Based on the statistical collection of unsafe events of dangerous goods air transportation over the years and the summary of relevant literature results, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the safety guarantee ability of dangerous goods air transportation, and preliminarily constructs the evaluation index system of the safety guarantee ability of airlines’ dangerous goods transportation based on the theory of man machine environment management Unreasonable index, optimize the index system. Then, the secondary indicators are explained, and the scoring rules are established to obtain the evaluation score of the evaluation enterprise. The combination weight method is used to calculate the index weight. Finally, set pair analysis theory and cloud model theory are applied to establish the evaluation model, and realize the grading evaluation of air cargo safety capability.By comparing the evaluation results of the two models, the effectiveness of the model is verified, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two models are evaluated. This study will integrate theory with practice,in order to provide new ideas and means for the administration to control the safety of dangerous goods transportation of airlines,so as to improve the overall safety assurance level of dangerous goods transportation of airlines, and provide a stable environment for the healthy development of civil aviation transportation industry. |
