Research On Evaluation Technology Of Key Elements Of Safety Standardization System For Road Dangerous Goods Transportation Enterprises

As a kind of special transportation,road transportation of dangerous goods has higher requirements for safety conditions and involves complex technical requirements for safety protection.Compared with general road traffic accidents,the severity and harmfulness of accident consequences are much higher.There are a large number of road dangerous goods transportation enterprises in China.However,the scale of enterprises is quite different,and the qualification conditions and safety level are uneven.These years the traffic freight type of accidents occur frequently,the potential threat of freight carriers to the people’s safety has brought a lot of hidden dangers.In order to ensure the safety of dangerous goods transportation,the safety standardization system is applied to road dangerous goods transportation enterprises,It is an effective measure to improve the safety of transportation.At this stage,as the last promulgation of safety regulations in the transport industry is a bit long ago,some drawbacks are inevitable:unclear standards,not easy to operate,supervision and jurisdictional model has its drawbacks.Therefore,the most urgent task is to develop a new safety regulation and related evaluation index system for the transportation and freight industry.This topic is aimed at the safety management regulations and safety evaluation index system of the transportation and freight industry to carry out in-depth research.Firstly,the statistical data of road dangerous goods transportation accidents and related management system are summarized and analyzed,and the characteristics of common safety evaluation methods and transportation of road dangerous goods are studied.Then,the management module of safety accident prone is determined by using Bayesian network analysis method,which is regarded as the key index content in the standardization system.Secondly,the road dangerous goods safety evaluation method is established Based on the improved Delphi expert questionnaire survey method,this paper establishes the score proportion weight of each index,and verifies the established index system by fuzzy mathematics method.Finally,it constructs the safety standardization evaluation process of the whole enterprise,summarizes the matters needing attention in the evaluation process,and selects a road dangerous goods transportation enterprise for practical evaluation The evaluation results of the constructed index system are compared with the original standardization evaluation results,and the improvement suggestions and measures are put forward.Through data analysis and mathematical method validation,referring to the suggestions given by authoritative experts,this paper develops a set of multi-dimensional safety evaluation index system,which has certain innovative significance and practical application value,and has made a positive contribution to promoting the safety management of China’s road dangerous goods transportation enterprises to be more standardized and reducing road dangerous goods transportation accidents.
