Research On Land Improvement And Urban-rural Integrated Development

Based on the empirical study of Lujiang county,this paper discusses the theory method and content of land management in the new period,using the method of literature analysis,field investigation,summarizes the method of induction,to land management,urban and rural integration and symbiosis theory,ecological civilization,urban and rural contact theory,urban-rural integration theory,the comprehensive improvement of land,the concept of scientific development theory,system theory,coordination theory,land use,ecological modernization theory and systematics theory,synergetics theory as the theoretical basis,research the land management and urban and rural integration development research,the relationship between the urban and rural integration development and land management has carried on the systematic analysis and research,It provides theoretical basis and practical reference for other cities to deal with the relationship between urban and rural areas and coordinate the development of urban and rural areas.The connotation and extension of land remediation have all changed,which is more closely related to social and economic development,and pays more attention to ecological civilization and beautiful environment,so that land remediation can be carried out more effectively.The methods of promoting the integration of urban and rural development in county areas are studied.In the practical land remediation work,the comprehensive land remediation theory method is advanced.The practice work of land improvement and new rural construction in Lujiang county is scientifically deduced.So as to improve urban and rural ecological environment,promote urban and rural integration and coordinated development.On the whole,county areas are the key level and basic unit of promoting urban-rural integration and building harmonious relations between urban and rural areas.Therefore,research on county areas will be more conducive to the promotion of urban-rural integration.To solve the problems existing in the integration of urban and rural land use,provide support for the integration of urban and rural development.However,Lujiang county is still in the dual structure of urban and rural areas.The development of rural and urban productivity is relatively backward.To narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and realize the integration of urban and rural areas through land improvement is also the most important method and approach that we are currently exploring.
