China is not only a developing country,but also the largest country with the largest population in the world.However,the per capita cultivated land area is less and the cultivated land reserve is seriously insufficient.Under the influence of urbanization,industrial development and other factors,the quantity of cultivated land in China has decreased sharply and the quality of cultivated land has deteriorated,and the issue of food security has also become the focus attention.In order to effectively solve the problem,a certain amount of cultivated land must be guaranteed,and the comprehensive output capacity of cultivated land must be effectively improved,so as to greatly increase the per unit area yield level of cultivated land.To achieve these goals,we should not only guarantee the red line of arable land in terms of quantity,but also improve the yield and quality of grain.Based on the soil environment improvement project of cultivated land in a village of Qingyuan city,this study evaluated the quality of cultivated land before and after land consolidation on the basis of referring to relevant research progress at home and abroad.The soil layer p H value,organic matter content,drainage conditions,irrigation guarantee rate,field surface slope and other evaluation indexes were selected for transformation.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index weight and calculate the comprehensive scor e of each evaluation index.According to the score,the cultivated land quality grade is divided,and the grade change of cultivated land quality before and after the consolidation is obtained.According to the principles of ecological protection,soil and water conservation,improvement of land utilization rate and cultivated land quality,the present situation of soil environmental quality was obtained through field investigation and soil testing.According to the current conditions of soil environmental quality of the plot,land leveling,soil fertilization,irrigation and drainage,and field road facilities were constructed to improve the soil environmental quality of the plot.The following conclusions are drawn from this study:(1)through the improvem ent and transformation of cultivated land quality,the cultivated land soil environmental quality level of a village in Qingyuan city has been effectively improved,from the original 7,8,etc.to two levels;(2)the cultivated land quality improvement and improvement area reached 3.2633 hm~2,and the newly increased paddy land area was 2.9123hm~2,which greatly expanded the cultivated land area.(3)the cultivated land environmental quality has been continuously improved,with the p H value rising from 4.8 to 6.75,and the organic matter rising from 19.6g/kg to 24g/kg after the transformation.(4)from the original single dryland crop to two types of aquatic crops and dryland crops,which enriched the crop types.
