Research On Legislation In The Reform Of National Park System In China

With the rapid development of human society,the problem of environment and resources is becoming increasingly serious.At present,we should not only solve the problem of natural resources,but also strengthen the protection of the environment.National parks are one of the forms of nature reserves and their establishment is of great significance to environmental protection.National parks are an important part of nature reserves and a comprehensive embodiment of the principle of "environment first",accelerating the construction of ecological civilization system.China's laws on nature reserves are improving day by day,but there is a lack of national park legislation.Based on the analysis of the definition,characteristics of national parks in China,the relationship with other protected areas and the status quo of national park legislation in foreign countries,this paper finds that insufficient attention to national parks in China will lead to the lack of excessive attention,and the establishment of special national park laws in China is extremely urgent.This paper mainly introduces the connotation of national parks and the relationship between national parks and nature reserves,scenic spots and national parks in China,so as to clearly distinguish the differences among various nature reserves.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of China's national park legislation,it is found that there are some problems in China's national park legislation,such as the lack of comprehensive national park legislation,unclear legislative concept positioning.This paper analyzes the status national park legislation in the United States,Japan and Canada,and draws lessons from successful legislative experience abroad.Finally,some Suggestions are put forward to solve the problems in the practice of national park legislation.In the process of writing this paper,the author combined theory with practice,followed the idea of finding,analyzing and solving problems,and discussed and put forward some of his own thinking.It is hoped that the research content of this paper can be helpful for the construction of China's national park system and the improvement of relevant legal system.
