The American Experience Of The Legal System Of Environmental Education In National Parks And The Reference To Chinese Legislation

Since my country proposed the establishment of a national park system,the national park system has made substantial progress in national policies and practices.However,environmental education,one of the basic functions of national parks,has been lagging behind in the construction of national parks.At present,almost every national park has carried out practical exploration of environmental education to varying degrees.However,due to the lack of clear and specific laws and regulations,national park environmental education is still in a state of nowhere to be followed and no rules to follow.The United States was the first country in the world to establish a national park and the first country to formulate an environmental education law.Its national park environmental education legal system is complete and operational.Therefore,learning and drawing on the advanced experience of the United States is one of the effective ways for my country to establish and improve the legal system of national park environmental education.On the basis of explaining the main content of the national park environmental education legal system in the United States and analyzing its typical experience,this article discusses how to establish and improve my country’s national park environmental education legal system,in order to provide a strong legal guarantee for the development of my country’s national park environmental education.This article first clearly defines the main concepts of national park environmental education,clarifies the difference between national park environmental education and environmental education in general courses,and clarifies the main significance of national park environmental education.Secondly,in combination with the National Environmental Education Act of the United States,the legal system of environmental education in national parks in the United States was introduced and analyzed,and combined with the practical cases of environmental education in Yellowstone and Hawaii National Parks in the United States,it analyzed the useful experience that can be used for reference by our country.Thirdly,it sorted out my country’s policies,laws and regulations related to national park environmental education,inspected the practical exploration of my country’s national park system pilot environmental education,and found out the shortcomings of the current national park environmental education.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the legal system experience of national park environmental education in the United States,my country’s national park environmental education policy and practical experience,combined with the actual situation of China’s national parks,a legislative conception of my country’s national park environmental education is proposed,and the legislative model and needs are discussed.Establish a sound main system and several important implementation measures.Through the discussion of national park environmental education legislation,it is hoped that the process of national park environmental education legislation can be promoted and the sound development of national park environmental education in my country can be promoted.
