This paper is a typical case study of the construction of the network security management platform project(hereinafter referred to as the"network management project")under the office network environment of C Oilfield Company(hereinafter referred to as "C Company").Through the implementation process of the project,combined with project management theory,PDCA cycle theory and risk management,the risk assessment process is optimized through the analytic hierarchy process,and finally the research results are compiled.Firstly,the paper briefly introduces the basic framework of risk management of network management projects,and then introduces the application of PDCA cycle theory in controlling the overall risk of proj ect management process to avoid excessive uncontrollable management crisis.The author combines the application effect of PDCA theory in this proj ect,and hopes to make P-plan,D-do,C-check and A-action start from this project and gradually improve the enterprise risk management system.Secondly,the author systematically combs the risk management process of C Company's network management proj ect by using case study method,and points out that enterprises in the oilfield industry can learn from PDCA project management and even enterprise management process management model,as well as enterprise project management and management.Bring some inspiration and change,and make some suggestions for industry management.Finally,I hope this article can provide some inspiration for the risk management ideas of other types of projects.
