The Study On Risk Management Of BZ Block CEP Platform Construction Project

The BZ block CEP platform construction projects,construction of drilling,mining,production and life as one integrated platform at sea,is an important project.The function of platform is to safeguard China’s offshore oil project assignments.Therefore,how to guarantee the quality,safety,quick and low cost of the construction project and effectively reduce and avoid all kinds of risks existing in the construction project is of great importance.In this paper,it is focus on the BZ block CEP platform construction project risk management research.On the basis of existing theory,through a series of risk identification methods,such as brainstorming,expert risk identification,and WBS-RBS,four first-order risk factors of the BZ block CEP platform construction project are identified.In addition,through Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)And Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,it is found that the schedule of the project is weighted highly,and that the cost,quality,and safety play secondary fiddle.To circumvent the risk of harmful and make sure the smoothly construction of BZ block CEP platform,it is important to make risk prevention measures and plans.
