Since 2008,the impact of the global financial crisis,China steel industry has entered an unprecedented predicament.At present,China is the world's largest steel producer and consumer.But steel production capacity is serious,the contradiction between supply and demand will exist for a long time.The new business environment changes,breaking steel trade enterprises in the original relatively stable business model,forcing each enterprise has to make changes to deal with the new competition.This article will be based on the research of the theory of the trade structure of the interest related party trading structure of Wei Wei and Zhu Wuxiang.In this paper,from the structure of a total of six chapter.The first chapter of this paper describes the background,purpose and significance of the study;the second chapter introduces"transaction structure theory" business model theory and its elements;the third chapter introduces the business model innovation case,from the founder of entrepreneurial start contrarian into the steel circulation field to grow up and become the steel trade enterprises to forge rookie,development enterprising,innovation of business model,about business model innovation to improve the SC company of enterprise value.The fourth chapter is a case study of the business model ofSC Steel Trading Co.,Ltd,which is based on the theory of stakeholders,from the perspective of high transaction value,low transaction cost and control transaction risk.The fifth chapter is to put forward suggestions for the future steel trade enterprise business model innovation.The innovation of this paper lies in:Based on the theory of the "trade structure" of the stakeholders,the paper puts forward the suggestions for the future of the business model innovation of steel trade enterprises in the future.
