Research On Business Model Innovation Of H Company Facing Internet + Era

With the continuous development of our national economy and the rapid producing progress of the industrial products,wastes generated from these processes keep increasing.Additionally,with China’s opening market to the third-party in environmental protection and food testing areas,lots of testing laboratories have been established.Therefore,issues of waste disposal from laboratories which are not comprehensively and effectively managed are showed in front of us.Out of the consideration of our environmental protection and waste disposal agencies,our country choose to authorize the permits of waste disposal management to the local qualified enterprises according to the function of our national government Ministry of Environmental Protection and local governments,and the qualified enterprises conduct a unified treatment to hazardous waste as the main way.The scope of their business services has limitations,and when the current operating costs of existing enterprises are high,processing technology is not advanced and processing ability is weak,the secondary pollution issues happened during the producing process tend to be hard to cure.Hence,under the current situation,by changing the existing business model and by using business model innovation to solve the environmental hazards encountered in the process of treatment is extremely important.Based on current situation,the thesis analyzed the business model of waste management industry in the Internet age.Then,the author decided the main theme of the paper by analyzing the business model of waste management industry in the Internet age and reviewing both domestic and foreign theoretical researches related to this topic.By selecting a specific company and analyzing case of its current business model innovation,it gives out suggestions and countermeasures to the current business models of environmental hazardous waste disposal Industry.First of all,this thesis conducts an in-depth study on the current business model of the current environmental hazardous waste disposal industry,it finds out and summarizes the disadvantages of the existing business model,and mentioned a new way of business model innovation.Secondly,we choose the company H as a case to analyze,fully expound the existing business model of H,and points out a new idea of business model innovation.Finally,the author elaborates the new countermeasures in the innovation process of company H business model.This thesis concludes that,in the environmental hazardous waste disposal industry,enterprises should make fully use of their own advantages,combined with the advantages of the new media’s value spreading under the Internet + era,through the optimization of the production chain in the enterprise and the diversified selection of the external market channels,to innovate the existing business model.
