In recent years,with the significant improvement of the main vitality of private enterprises and the rapid growth of import and export value,private enterprises are playing an increasingly important role in China's economic development.At present,with the increasing risks and challenges at home and abroad,foreign trade enterprises are facing unprecedented pressure.How to improve their core competitiveness is a problem that most foreign trade enterprises are thinking about,especially private enterprises are particularly concerned about.Runze is one of the top 100 enterprises in Liaoning Province.It is one of the best import and export enterprises in Liaoning Province.However,with the rapid development of the company,part of the foreign trade business personnel can not be fully competent for the job needs.Therefore,Runze company is in urgent need of improving the quality of talents.Training,as a direct and effective way to develop employees' potential and improve their quality,undoubtedly provides a choice.Based on the literature research,questionnaire survey method and interview method as the research method,to the lifelong education theory,learning organization theory,the competent quality model theory and his assessment model theory as the theoretical basis,refer to some scholars at home and abroad in the progress of staff training,together with the present situation of moist company training,try and foreign trade business personnel training scheme for the redesign.In the process of redesign,first of all,the basic situation of the company,the company's foreign trade business staff basic situation and the company's foreign trade staff training status were investigated,the current training problems were excavated,the underlying reasons behind the problems were analyzed.After analyzing the reasons,the training needs are analyzed at three levels: organizational level,task level and personnel level.After establishing the training needs,a training plan was made for Runze Company by clarifying the training objectives,training courses and contents,training forms,trainers,training time and place.In order to ensurethe implementation as planned,the training system and training team,preparation before training,management and service of training site,and evaluation and summary after training are detailed.In order to ensure the quality of training,the training plan is implemented and evaluated at four levels: reaction level,learning level,behavior level and result level.Finally,the implementation guarantee is carried out in three aspects: cultural guarantee,organizational guarantee and institutional guarantee.Of cultural security from the effective management of employees,increase staff centripetal force and enhance staff competence discuss three angles,organizational guarantee from the attention of the top managers,the establishment of coordination mechanism and learning organization,constructing three aspect of the institutional guarantee from training responsibility system,training management system and training evaluation system three aspects to clear.The redesign of the training program can solve the problems existing in the current training of Runze Company to a certain extent,so that the foreign trade business personnel can improve their own ability as soon as possible,adapt to the job needs,help the company to achieve corporate goals,and ultimately achieve a win-win situation for both individuals and enterprises.In addition,due to the commonness of similar industries,the training scheme in this paper may have certain reference significance for other similar enterprises.
