Research On The Project Management Mode Of Smart Card Products Research And Development

In recent years,with the development of electronic technology,smart card has been widely used in commerce,medical treatment,insurance,transportation,public utilities and other fields.The increasing application needs more and more smart card products,while there are many problems in the project management of smart card products research and development.In this paper,The project management mode of smart card products research and development(R & D)is focused on,which aims to solve the problems existing in the development and management of smart card products.The main research work of this paper are as follows.The project management status and problems of smart card product R & D in enterprises are analyzed.The main problems include that project decision is subjective,project management has also stayed in the traditional single project management stage and project resource allocation also lacks from overall view.The theory and method of product R & D are clarified.then,the theory and method that used in the project management mode of smart card product R & D is determined.The construction of evaluation index system adopts though of the Balanced score card,Dimension analysis and Entropy theory.In the project evaluation,The Likert scale is used for scoring.The project management mode of smart card products R & D which based on multi-project priority evaluation is established.The core of the model is the priority evaluation that based on Dimensional analysis.First of all,we learn idea from the Balanced score card and set up evaluation dimensions.Then,the evaluation index is built by literature analysis and expert interview,and weight of indexes are obtained through questionnaires.After that,the statistical analysis method is used to deal with it,so the weight of each index are obtained.Next,the average value of each index is gained according to the experts' scores,and the weight and average value are weighted.Thus,projects total score is get and ranked.The project management model of smart card products R&D is applied in the enterprise,and its effectiveness is verified.Finally,Summary is given.The project management model of smart card products R&D can be instructive for similar enterprises,and has a reference for other types of enterprises.
