Research On Priority Evaluation Of Yunmei X Team Project Portfolio Based On Strategic Orientation

With the advancement of the reform process of state institutions,Yunnan Coal X Team's backward project priority decision-making mode in market competition leads to the difficulty of achieving strategic development goals on the one hand,and the increase of internal resource consumption on the other hand.How to realize the priority evaluation of portfolio management under the constraints of strategic goal orientation and capital,equipment and human resources has become the core problem that Yunnan Coal X Team must solve.Based on the strategic orientation of Yunnan Coal X Team,starting from the development process and the problems faced by project management,and combining with the theory of project portfolio management,this paper probes deeply into the establishment of the priority evaluation system of Yunnan Coal X Team project portfolio,taking the project evaluation index standard formulated by American Project Management Association as the model prototype,and combining the geological prospecting of Yunnan Coal X Team.Based on the particularity of the organization,the evaluation standard table of the project portfolio priority of Yunnan Coal X Team was established,and the priority ranking of the project portfolio management based on strategic orientation of Yunnan Coal X Team was constructed by using expert evaluation method,and the evaluation set was optimized.The project based on strategic orientation of Yunnan Coal X Team from 2015 to 2017 was realized by using the model.Application of priority evaluation of project combination.The priority evaluation model of the project effectively solves the priority ranking of the project portfolio management under the strategic guidance of Yunnan Coal X Team,provides an effective solution for project selection and decision-making,improves the matching degree between the project portfolio management and the strategic development goals,realizes the project decision-making and resource optimal allocation of Yunnan Coal X Team,and improves the project profit.Finally,we can build up the competitiveness of Yunnan Coal X Team's geological prospecting main industry and gradually realize the strategic goal.The future research direction of project portfolio Priority Evaluation Guided by the research strategy of geological prospecting units is prospected.
