Research On Smart Helmet And Its Management Platform In Smart Site

With the continuous development of emerging technologies,China's construction industry is continuing to promote information transformation.In 2017,the State Council issued the "Opinions on Promoting the Sustainable and Healthy Development of the Construction Industry",pointing out "promoting the modernization of the construction industry" and "promoting intelligent and prefabricated buildings"."Strengthen the application of technology research and development" and use scientific and technological means to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry.In response to the country's call for information technology reform in the construction industry,the smart site and its related intelligent products have been rapidly developed.The basic data acquisition equipment in the smart site-smart helmet also has related research and application.However,there are still few researches on smart helmets managed by construction workers.Some studies have problems such as lack of pertinence,high cost and poor endurance.Therefore,using the emerging technologies of Internet of Things,NB,cloud computing,etc.,designing and researching a smart helmet that is suitable for smart sites and can solve the management problems of construction workers is of great significance to the development of smart sites.This paper firstly gives a detailed understanding of China's policies on the development of the construction industry and the real-name system of construction services.Combined with the research and application status of smart sites and smart helmets at home and abroad,it points out the shortcomings of smart helmets.The related theories of smart sites,wearable devices and the Internet of Things are studied in detail,which provides theoretical support for the research of smart helmets and their management platforms in smart sites.Then understand the application significance and status quo of smart helmets in smart sites,combined with the analysis of similar product application and demand questionnaires,the functional positioning of smart helmets and their management platforms in smart sites is clarified,so as to determine the research direction of this paper.According to the established research direction,combined with the low cost and low power consumption characteristics of NB technology,the intelligent helmet and its management platform with low cost and long battery life are designed,which solves the 7 management functions of construction workers' real name system and attendance management.Finally,the smart helmet and its management platform studied in this paper are tested to determine the feasibility of its hardware function and management platform function,and the research is applied to the example project to test the feasibility of the research results.The smart helmet and its management platform studied in this paper are the most basic intelligent devices in the smart site,and are the fusion products of technologies such as Internet of Things,NB,cloud computing,sensing and embedded,with the advantages of low cost and long battery life.To solve the 7 major management application needs of the construction site.The smart helmet is the wearable smart device that is the closest to the construction workers.It can provide an information platform interface for data sharing of smart sites,thereby improving the level of construction management information and the level of management decision data.At the same time,it is a smart smart site.An example reference is provided for the design and development of the equipment.
