In the context of the transformation of intelligent manufacturing and the development of industrial internet,various manufacturing industries have started to gradually introduce new technologies into the manufacturing process,and the traditional chemical manufacturing industry is also making use of the wave of big data to carry out informationization and intelligent industrial upgrading.strategy and China’s "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" for the development of intelligent manufacturing,to build China from a "big manufacturing country" to a "strong manufacturing country" as the main direction of manufacturing development,so as to strengthen China’s competitive advantage in manufacturing.As an important part of China’s manufacturing industry,the chemical manufacturing industry occupies an important position in the transformation process of intelligent manufacturing.The construction of digital chemical parks and the deployment of innovative technologies have become key strategies to address the intelligent upgrading of the current chemical park industry.The move from traditional chemical parks to smart chemical parks will be a process that lasts for a long time,covers a wide range of areas and has an uneven regional development rate.As a result,chemical parks are facing many challenges and risks in the process of actual technology application and transformation,which have attracted widespread attention from academia.Based on the reality and theoretical background of the transformation of the smart chemical park,this paper takes the implementation of the big data project of the smart chemical park of the recycling chemical park in S city of H province as a case study to explore the progress and risk management issues of the transformation of the big data of the smart chemical park.In the project schedule management study,the Gantt chart method and the WBS(Work Breakdown Structure)study method are adopted to draw a Gantt chart of the project,analyse the links and shortcomings between the project startup,planning and design,and implementation,and combine the project management-related knowledge to improve the project schedule and ensure the completion of the Big Data project in the Smart Chemical Park on schedule;in the risk management study,the main methods are In the risk management study,the hierarchical analysis method,subjective scoring method and fuzzy evaluation method were adopted.In the risk management study,the hierarchical analysis method,subjective scoring method and fuzzy evaluation method are adopted to identify project risks,list the risks,and conduct accurate risk assessment through the construction of indicator models,etc.In summary,taking the current situation of the wisdom transformation and development of the big data project in the chemical park as a background,combined with the long-term development strategy of the chemical park enterprises,this paper provides data and theoretical support for the construction of the big data centre of the S city recycling chemical park through project schedule management research and risk management research,and designs a relevant scheme so that it can provide reliable safety,commercial and industrial development information for the park enterprises and effectively improve the competitiveness of the park enterprises in the market.
