| This paper research on the process of smart card producing. Based on lots of experiments, the best process work flow is got and the technical parameters of each processes are confirmed, which guarantees the standardization management of producing. The content of the paper includes describing existing status,development, sorts and usage of smart card, choosing smart card materials, finding out optimal producing work flow and corresponding technical parameters. In particular, influence of layer-press temperature to smart card quality is researched and model of influence of layer-press temperature to color of smart card is built up.The result can be directly used in producing and the research is firstly carried out in mainland of China.It' s very useful in smart card producing. |
