The competition of enterprises in the future is the competition of talents.Judging from the development trend of human resource management at home and abroad,the competitive advantage of an organization depends more and more on the quality and learning ability of its internal staff.The functions of human resources management departments are changing from traditional personnel management to strategic human resources development and management.However,the talent reserve and the overall literacy of many industries can not meet the development needs of the industry.In 2017,the state issued a series of policies related to the removal of excess industries.At the 2018 National Energy work Conference,it was pointed out that production capacity should be focused on coal and coal power,and in-depth structural reforms on the supply side would be promoted.Domestic coal mining enterprises are beginning to realize the need to develop from the traditional mining industry to the modern mining industry.Because the human resource management of coal mine industry is relatively backward In the stage of the coal mine,resource enterprises such as coal mines have long been in a position of high priority,especially the low overall quality of the staff of private coal mining enterprises.GN has become an important bottleneck in the transformation and development of coal mining enterprises.In response to the call of the national policy to go to inferior production capacity,GN has actively sought the way out for the development of green,ecological,intelligent and safe mines.Under the background that coal mining enterprises must transform and upgrade,the demand and management of talents in coal mining enterprises are higher.Therefore,this paper takes the talent training system under the background of GN company's transformation and upgrading as the research object.Analysis of staff training management in GN Company The present situation,the existing problems,thenew method of constructing the staff training system,the promotion of the quality of the staff in GN Company,the exploitation of the staff potential,the improvement of the competitiveness of the enterprise,and the provision of necessary talents guarantee for the enterprise to find a new way of development.
