It is showed that the gray GM(1,1) model is accurate and the prediction data can be used to develop next year’s program or set capital budget by decision-makers.Secondly, we conclude accident causation theories and basic safety training principles. Through carrying on researches at site, we determine the main factors influencing safety training quality, and then build the evaluation index system which includes 4 secondary indicators and 13 elementary indicators. using expert investigation data and AHP method, we analyze the effecting degree of each index. The result shows that safety awareness, safety skills, exam pass rates, training content arrangement and teaching experience affect overall safety training quality.Again, after collecting Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical basic information according to the principle of maximum membership, we evaluate the safety training quality of Xinhua Pharmaceutical company with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. We find that the current safety training level of Xinhua is between moderate and good, but more inclined to moderate, which indicates that there is still much to do to improve safety training quality in Xinhua. We hope what we study in this paper will provide theory supports and method reference for companies to improve their safety training levels. |
